Proud of Meerut Mr Pravessh Rana. Pravessh Rana is a model and the winner of the Mr India title'2008. He is also a reality TV show personality. In 2009, Pravesh participated in Sony TV's reality show Bigg Boss, as a wild-card entry. Pravesh was born to a Hindu Jat family in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, and completed his schooling from St. Mary's Academy, Meerut. Later, he moved to New Delhi, to pursue his graduation from Ramjas College, Delhi University. Pravesh is a BA (hons) in economics. Pravesh entered into the profession of anchoring through his mimicry skills. Till date, he has covered over 850 shows across India and abroad and has hosted several seasons of the reality show Emotional Atyachar and award functions like Screen Awards, Indian Television Awards and the Golden Petal Awards. He won the Haywards 5000 Mr India contest at Hotel Intercontinental, Mumbai. Rana is a known face as an anchor, on TV channels like Zoom, STAR Plus, Bindass, and Colors. Pravessh Rana got into Bigg Boss 3 as non-celebrity contestant. He has also walked the ramp for the top designers of India, like Rohit Bal, Manish Malhotra, Varun Behal, Vikram Phadnis, Rocky S, Manish Gupta, etc., and has been the face of events like Lakme Fashion Week, Wills India Fashion Week, Lifebuoy Fashion Week, Couture Fashion Week, Playboy Tomboy Magazine, Wills Fashion Show, and Ghanees Film Festival.
