One of Tipoo Sultan's chair. Made of wood. Inlaid with ivory. Cane bottom. Rotating base. Of Dutch design. This chair was presented to Queen Charlotte by the victors. From her it went into the Astor Collection at Hever Castle. The Second Baron Astor sold it in 1982. Later it was gifted to the Victoria and Albert Museum where it resides today.
