Twin Water Tanks, Kotwali, Purani Tehsil,Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It's one of genuine landmark of the city built in 1895 which is still intact. These are two huge Iron Tanks which are centuries old and still under working condition. The water tank is made of iron has no rust on it. At the time of Britishers, they were used to supply water to the entire city. Elders name them as "Ravan ke Gilas". यह पुरानी तहसील स्थल है। यहां राक्षसराज मयदानव का महल क्षेत्र है। यहां से चारों ओर ढलान दार सड़कें उतरती हैं।यह पुराने नगर का सर्वाधिक ऊंचा क्षेत्र है जो विचार करने पर अहसास दिलाता है कि कभी यहां भव्यता रही होगी । आज जल वितरण के लिए सहज स्थान है।दो विशाल धातु के टैंक जल संग्रह करने के लिए स्थापित हैं जिन्हें रावण के गिलास भी कहा जाता है।
