सरस्वती माता मन्दिर एवम् सरस्वती मन्दिर जूनियर हाई स्कूल,बजाजा बाजार,मेरठ. आपमें से कई लोग सरस्वती मंदिर के विद्यार्थी भी रहे होंगे। वहाँ के अनुशासन व शिक्षा के बारे में आपने कई बार सुना भी होगा। सुबह की प्रार्थना में शिक्षा की देवी माँ सरस्वती का नमन कर दिन की शुरूआत की होगी। आज हम आपको जो तस्वीर दिखा रहे हैं वो मेरठ क्षेत्र के पास के ही सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर की है। सरस्वती मंदिर जूनियर हाईस्कूल, बजाजा के परिसर में बना यह सरस्वती मंदिर न ही सिर्फ आस-पास के लोगों के लिए आस्था का केंद्र् है, बल्कि स्कूल में आने वाले छात्रों के मन में गहरा विश्वास बनाए हुए है। सरस्वती माता की बहुत सुंदर प्रतिमा के साथ बना यह दिव्य ऐतिहासिक मंदिर में पूजा स्कूल में शिक्षा प्राप्त करने वाला हर छात्र करता है। श्रीनानकचंद ट्रस्ट द्वारा बना यह मंदिर तकरीबन 150 साल पुराना है। इस मंदिर परिसर में माँ सरस्वती शारदे की प्रतिमा के साथ-साथ दो द्वादस ज्योतिर्लिंग भी स्थापित हैं। मंदिर में पूजा करने वाले पुरोहित जी ने अनुसार यह दोनों द्वादश ज्योतिर्लिंग माँ नर्मदा के बाण कुंड से सन् 1996 से भी पहले के यहाँ लाए गए हैं। अब इस मंदिर में सेवा पुजारी लक्ष्मीनारायण जी कर रहे हैं जो कि अपने परिवारजनों में से इस मंदिर में पूजा करवाने वाली तीसरी पीढ़ी के व्यक्ति हैं। पुजारी लक्ष्मीनारायण जी के दादा श्री रामकरण जी और उनके बेटे (पुजारी लक्ष्मीनारायण जी के पिताजी) ने भी इस मंदिर में सेवा कर इस प्राचीन मंदिर की आस्था बनाई रखी। इस मंदिर में लगीं सभी मूर्तियाँ मराठाकाल की हैं। मराठाकाल के इतिहास और कारीगरों की शिल्पकारी ने इस मंदिर को भव्य रूप दिया है। Saraswati Mata Mandir and Saraswati Mandir Junior High School, Bajaja Bazar, Meerut. One must have started the day by paying obeisance to Mother Saraswati, the goddess of education in the morning prayer. The picture we are showing you today is of Saraswati Shishu Mandir near Meerut area. Built in the premises of Saraswati Mandir Junior High School, Bajaja, this Saraswati Mandir is not only a center of faith for the people near you, but also maintains deep faith in the minds of the students coming to the school. This temple built by नanakchand Trust is about 150 years old. Along with the idol of Maa Saraswati Sharde, two Dwadas Jyotirlingas are also established in this temple premises. According to the priest who worships in the temple, both these twelve Jyotirlingas were brought here from Baan Kund of Maa Narmada before 1996. Now this temple is served by priest Lakshminarayan ji, who is the third generation person from his family members to get worship done in this temple. Pujari Lakshminarayan ji's grandfather Shri Ramkaran ji and his son (priest Laxminarayan ji's father) also served in this temple and maintained the faith of this ancient temple. The history of the Maratha period and the craftsmanship of the artisans have given this temple a grand look.
